1. Business Model & Logistics Transparency
Sorvario is operated by Shukri Khouri, a sole trader registered in Sweden. To maintain an efficient supply chain and offer our collections directly to the United Kingdom at the best possible value, we utilise a global fulfilment model.
While our management, administration, and customer support teams operate from our registered address in Norrköping, Sweden, orders are dispatched from either our UK fulfilment centre in Manchester or our trusted partner fulfilment centre in China, depending on stock availability.
Quality Inspections: Every order undergoes a thorough manual quality check and inspection at our fulfilment centre before it is packaged. This ensures that the items meet our specifications and that your order is complete before it begins its journey to you.

2. Taxes, Duties & Customs
All prices shown on our website are fully inclusive of any applicable taxes and duties. We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means Sorvario handles all import formalities, and there are no additional customs fees or taxes to be paid by the customer upon delivery – regardless of which fulfilment centre your order ships from.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order's progress directly via our Track Your Order page. Please allow 2–3 business days for the tracking information to update after the initial dispatch. The tracking information will also indicate which fulfilment centre your order was shipped from.
4. Delays & Delivery Issues
While we strive to deliver every order within our estimated window, external factors such as peak holiday periods or customs processing may occasionally affect delivery times. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at info@sorvario.com. We take full responsibility for your order until it is successfully delivered to your address.
5. Damaged Items & Cancellations
Cancellations: Requests must be made before the order is processed. Once dispatched, the standard return process applies.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@sorvario.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly at no additional cost to you.
